New Feature Announcement - Offline Mode!

Our newest version of the Podomatic app is out today, and we’re excited to bring you our newest feature: offline mode!  Your commutes just got a little bit better (and a lot less stressful).

Now you can download any number of your favorite episodes and mixes easily to your Podomatic player, without the fear of using any precious data. 

Whether you’re on the road, or DJ’ing a playlist for that Saturday night party, you can take the best in music and talk wherever you go. 

Here’s a ‘how-to’ on getting those episodes downloaded quickly onto your player:

- If you are currently listening to the podcast, all you have to do is tap on the cloud icon at the bottom right of your player screen to begin the synching process. 

- If you’re on item list mode, swipe the item you wish to download from right to left, as seen in this nifty gif:

After swiping, tap on the cloud icon. Your podcast will then begin to download!


- After downloading is completed, you can access the full list of your offline podcasts from the “Following” section of the app. Tapping the arrow-folder icon on the top right will bring you to your full list of offline podcasts. 

..and it’s that simple! The only hard part is choosing what to listen to first. 😉
